Working to protect the interests of the association, consolidate and advance the principles and traditions of the legal profession, contribute to regulating its affairs, and guarantee the freedom of lawyers to practice their profession in accordance with professional standards and established legal rules.

Expressing opinions or participating in the preparation of draft laws and legislation submitted to the Assembly by the relevant government authorities.

This is done by publishing studies and research, and holding seminars, lectures, workshops, and conferences in accordance with the laws in force in the Sultanate.

Documenting cooperation between the association and bodies, institutions, and individuals working in legal fields in the Sultanate, as well as Arab and international professional associations and institutions related to the association's objectives, in accordance with the laws in force in the Sultanate.

Representing professionals in various legal, practical, and social events and fields

Providing legal aid to those who prove their insolvency or inability to pay, in accordance with the provisions of the Lawyers' Law and the Judicial Authority Law, or in cases decided by the Council.

Providing financial assistance to members of the association as determined by the board.
